Bujar Asllani

Bujar Asllani has participated in many other National and International events.
“Nine of his paintings are bought and currently being maintained by the Permanent Collection of the Albanian National Art Gallery”. Many of his artworks have also been purchased by the International Culture Center in Tirana, as well as by many private collectors in Europe and other parts of the world.

Prizes and Participations (partial list)

• 1976 - First Prize, National Exhibition of Artists.

•  1983 - Representing artist in the “Exhibition of Albanian Art” in Paris/France.

•  1984 - Participated in the International Biannual Alexandrian Exhibition / Egypt.

•  1988 - Honorary Placement, Exhibition of Artists of Tirana.

•  1989 - Collective Exhibition. Represented Albanian Art at “L’ecole Superieur des Beaux
   Arts” / Algeria.

•  1993 - Was chosen as “Artist of the Year” to represent the country in the area of visual
   art during Albanian Culture Week in Istanbul/Turkey.

•  1994 - Won Second Prize at the National Art Competition “ONUFRI”.

•  1995 - Exhibition of innovative tapestry designs organized by the American Institute of
   Fashion - Tirana / Albania.

•  1995 - Albanian Collective Exhibition (Rome, Aquila, Bari) / Italy.

•  1994, 1995, 1996 - Three times winner of the competition for the design of collectors
   edition National Postal Stamps.

•  1995 - Gobelen Designs Exhibition - Vienna / Austria and Die / France.

•  1996 - Personal Exhibition in the "Rogner Center" (Tirana/Albania).
